My service rates are based on the rates set by HELFO.
Refund
Individuals experiencing difficulties with language, speech, voice, or swallowing are entitled to full coverage for assessment and therapy by a speech and language therapist (SLT) under folketrygdloven § 5-10. HELFO may also provide financial support for those who choose to see a private SLT, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and no speech and language therapy services are available within their local municipality (kommune).
I have a formal agreement with HELFO and follow standardised rates for both assessment and therapy. These rates are updated annually and set by the Norsk logopedforbund (NLF). For more details on fees, please visit HELFO’s website.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify my office at
least 48 hours in advance. You can reach me by phone or email during
office hours.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made after the 48-hour notice period or failure to attend an
appointment will result in a full charge for the session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the
originally scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your
request based on availability.
Please Note
HELFO does not provide coverage for missed appointments. Your cooperation in
this matter is essential to ensure the success of your treatment plan. If you
